Tried Carl's Jr for the first time during a brief break while out all weekend at a hockey tournament. Hubs and I split one sandwich and an order of jalapeño poppers. We both agreed the jalapeño poppers were surprisingly delicious. (6 for $3.99). The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich disappointed us both. At $8.99 I expect it to be darn good and flavourful. Neither of us found it spicy. It just felt like honey thrown on top of a fried chicken sandwich. It took about 10 minutes for the food - and everything did taste fresh. I just don't think for the price point I would be inclined to return. Oh and I had asked for a cup of water but they have to charge $1 or something odd if you want water in a cup which I found weird when I was spending $14 on a sandwich and a side. 3 stars means it was OK but nothing I'd go out of my way for again. read more

This location always has fresh and hot food- it may take a bit for the order to come out but staff are super nice and the manager is professional and kind. I always do drive thru so it's the staff at the window I interact with and they are really quite wonderful. :) read more

Carl's Jr. seems to be springing up all around the city. This fairly new location is clean, organized, child friendly (high chair & boosters available), not busy, and has lots of seating space. Parking isn't too bad, but it's a shared parking lot with other stores & dining places (including Popeye's Louisiana chicken) so it crowds at peak hours. Staff was friendly and my order was brought out to my table. A promo of theirs is a free small fountain drink & fries with any thick burger purchased when you check in on Yelp or if joining their online newsletter. Menu selection has a slightly different twists compared to typical burger chains. Taste & quality of food is good in my opinion, but didn't impress the husband and we had the Portabella mushroom thickburger. As far as fast food goes, this location of Carl's Jr does a pretty bang up job! My SO loves their burgers, and I love the chicken strips. For sides they have fries, criss cut fries, and poutine. This location is very consistent, which I appreciate. read more

My kids burger was just as bad and when she took her fries out of the bag when we got home, I literally asked her what fries, there was literally ten fries In there!! It's a nice new building so it's really clean and bright, which is a definite plus when it comes to a fast food joint. I'm all about trying a new burger place but honestly, if I was blindfolded there's no way I would be able to tell you if this wasn't Burger King. Whoa!? Where have you been all my life? This burger place is fantastic. My eyes are clearly opened to this location now. It has many unique burger choices, such as teriyaki, california, bbq, and etc. I love the fact that they make milkshakes hand scooped not powdered or at least I don't think it is. I want to add the fact that they use real cheese not those cheap ones like kraft from packaged grocery stores. The taste is better and they don't go cheap on the burger by putting decent portion of lettuce and sliced tomatoes, and the juicy burger. My mouth waters even after typing this. Their fries seem to be made from an actual fresh potato. I will definitely be back for more. Remember to bring coupons, very good deals for you buck. Staff is nice, parking is moderately big. Dining space is large, washrooms are well kept, and atmosphere feels like a half old/modern diner. This place has a drive thru or dine in. Went in ordered there bacon Swiss combo with a Oreo milkshake. There fries where cold went and told the girl working there she took them back and gave me new ones. Great service and friendly staff other then getting cold fries it was a good experience. read more

You have to try the low carb option for your burgers. It's really really good instead of a bun they wrap the burger in lettuce.

This location wasn't the busiest and is 100% a family friendly place. If your looking for a fast food like place then come here. The service was fantastic and the employees were for sure the nicest. I can't find anything good to say, ordered a large crisscross fries and a ' garden salad' , the fries were barely warm ( even though I was told they were out of the frier, they weren't) needless to say, I sent them back .
