If you have not tried the fried zucchini make sure you make it a point to try the next time you visit. Service was good and food was as expected, did not wait to long. So the food was good, but I ordered a lemonade and wow, the cup was for a child. It was so small, two sips and it was gone. And I paid over $2.50 for it. Lemons do grow on trees, so there is no reason you need to serve it in a baby's Dixie cup. It was just very disappointing that they were so cheap on the cup size for lemonade. This place is WHACK! Came here for some lunch before a Cardinals game. Walked inside, looked at the menu, and saw that a Double Western Combo was like $13.29. Figured, ok, still a tad on the high side for a combo, but whatever. Upgraded it to "large", figured an extra $1.00, maybe $2.00 at most. Swipe my card, notice that it came out to $20.71!! WTF is that? $21.00 for a Carls Jr Combo? I questioned it at the register and was like no way going "large" is $6.00 more than the menu price. Went with my sister the other day and the dine was close by 7 pm?? As a previous worker I know it's never allowed to close and clean that early. Food Is great with certain cooks only, Vicky for example, is one of the cooks that does food with care and love, other then that some cooks rush and put little to no care in what they are making. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks. A sprite and a strawberry lemonade. Go up to the window and they handed me a bag of fries. I said oh that's not my order. They took the fries back and closed the window. You could hear them talking, "oh she said a sprite" they took my card and charged me for the fries and lemonade. I questioned the price. Price gouging customer during concert events. My wife and I were in the area but did not go to the event. We drove up got in line and cars were behind us. We ordered and I saw on the screen the first combo and it was 18 dollars! I was like this has to be a mistake. We pulled up after a few car and I asked was it a mistake. I've tried stopping in here several times because of the EV chargers outside and they routinely close the place early, turn off all the lights in the Drive-Thru to get people to not go through in the evening, shut down the shake machines hours before it close and just have a general awful attitude towards customers. Boy was this a mistake, got in the drive thru line , which may of only had 6 cars in front of us. It took 30 minutes to get to the speakers to place our order. When walking in we had to double take to make sure they were open. We could not see anyone at the register. After a short wait she popped out. Not friendly but not rude either. Just doing her job. Quick food pick up for daughter and her friends and the experience reminded me why I hate fast food. Staff could care less about you or your order and it was clear they wished I never had walked in. As I waited for my food, I watched numerous customers come in and wait for any staff to walk to their registers to take an order. Unacceptable in my opinion. As for the food, items lacked any good flavor and were just plan not good. The only and I mean only bright spot was the building itself. Didn't see them as I was driving up. Not a good sign. 10 minutes later, I finally got my food....but the wrong drin. I pulled around and parked to walk in. One person in line, several people with uniforms on but not sure they were actually working. Finally get to the counter to tell the girl I got the wrong drink in drive-thru and she gave me a bit of an attitude. I just took my correct drink and left.
