There were other nice restaurants nearby but Silvano's vibe drew us in. We dined outside where there was plenty of space heaters and flat screen t.v.'s. Delightfully the restaurant wasn't busy. The food/drinks were flawless and the service was spot on. Not that I am high maintenance but we never had to search for our servers for anything, they were always nearby and attentive to all our needs. Recordé que Sierra Madre es calidad y buen servicio. Así que pare aquí en la sucursal Insurgentes Esta vez pedí unos tacos de sirloin. La carne estuvo más que suculenta. La orden trae 4 tacos con tortilla recién hecha y más gruesa que lo normal. La carne está acompañada de champiñones , chile chilaca, pico de gallo, queso manchego y cebolla. Fui un sábado a las 5pm y estaba lleno el lugar... Plato bien servido. Yo con hambre solo me acabe 3 tacos... Deli, deli, deliiiii Felicidades!!!
