After making a booking I received a confirmation call. I opted to upgrade my flight for an extra…read more£120, when I received the email containing all of the details discussed on the phone I had noticed that the woman had removed my accommodation from the package holiday I had bought. She then tried charging me again for the accommodation that I had already paid for. After going back and forth for about 30 minutes, getting absolutely no where, I asked to speak to a manager to which she said they would call me back within 24 hours. 3 days went by, nothing. So I called again, promised a call back again within a few hours, Nothing. So I called again the next day and managed to get through to the manager who hastily rushed me off the phone to "gather information" and promised another call back within 2 hours and got nothing. Service is absolutely appalling, trying to scam me out of pocket and still my holiday is up in the air and I'm due to leave in just over a week. STAY WELL AWAY!
