Called Ruby, and Earl came out and gave an estimate, the crew arrived at 8:30 AM and left at…read more11:00AM, they removed a 35 foot ash tree from the front yard, put down plywood where the skid steer went, chipped it as it came down, ground the stump to nothingness, back filled it, and advised us let it settle before replanting. The reason I called Ruby's Tree Service ? They are local, Shane and his Saw Man worked their buts off and took that tree down so smoothly, they were prompt, professional and personable, thank you Ruby and Earl for a great job. I had a small yet tricky job around some power lines that I did not feel comfortable doing. I…read morecalled these guys and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate for a couple days later. Their price was very fair and they have all the equipment to do this type of job and ones much larger. The crew performed the work just a few days later and did everything that they had promised by falling the one tricky tree, chipping as much as they could and grinding out that stump and the other from a tree I had cut down myself. I was able to repurpose the wood chips to mulch around our koi pond and back deck and around the house that would have needed to be done again in the spring. I had minimal clean up of the stump areas so that I could plant some grass seed and that was it. You can't even tell there were any trees there just a couple days later. I'd hire this crew again and gave their number to a couple friends who are looking for some tree work to be done.
