Seymour has left the practice which is great for everyone! Glad her negativity doesn't have to be heard by more people!

Nurses and ultrasound technicians are great as well. Everyone is professional. Dr. O'Brien is sharp; she delivered my son. The team may seem not too chatty, but that's because if they see all is good and they sense it from afar, they won't waste anyone's time. My daughter was born out of state which was a bummer but they still took care of me throughout my pregnancy knowing that I am from NY and could be going into labor in my home state. I have been going here now for about 5 years and although I still just work in NJ and haven't moved here, I will keep going to them no matter what. The team is very competent without much fakeness of being supper interested about your life and so on like some others. I rather keep appts short and sweet and hear more talk about the real things. Everytime I feel funny about something, whether it was me being paranoid about not being to get pregnant again, or something else. One of them would say nonesence, you are fine, and fine I was. Lol anyway, we need more of that in our lives, so that's my take on this practice. Also, I have recommended this practice to a friend of mine and she had both of her kids with them as well, so I am glad her experience was just as great as mine.

They seriously need to offer more pain management options for IUD's. They told me to take a bunch…read moreof pain relievers ahead of time and it definitely wasn't enough. The metal speculum hurts insanely for people not used to things inside them. At my previous OBGYN, she used a lidocaine gel to help with sensitivity on the cervix. They only had a spray which is effective for less time and they didn't want to use it when my IUD was removed, only for the re-insertion. I think the staff was nice and caring, but it's honestly disappoint that lidocaine gel isn't the standard and all we're supposed to take is pain relievers for having a rod shoved up our cervix!

I literally said if this visit was too long I would no longer come back however it went by smoothly, and the APN was very friendly. The front desk is a hit or miss. I won't lie. 1 STAR -- BY FAR THE WORST MEDICAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO…read more This has been, without a doubt, the worst medical office experience I have ever had. From the front desk staff to the doctors, the entire office is unorganized, unprofessional, poorly managed, and completely lacking communication. I have been coming to this office throughout my pregnancy, and honestly, I have left almost every appointment more frustrated and concerned than when I walked in. There is a serious lack of communication between the staff and providers, and at times it genuinely feels like nobody knows what is going on with my pregnancy or what the plan of care is supposed to be. I should NOT have to repeatedly explain my own situation or ask questions just to figure out what is happening with my own pregnancy. The appointments are also consistently late and rushed. If you know your office closes at 6 PM, why are you scheduling patients for 5:15 PM and then rushing through their appointment because the office is about to close? Patients deserve the same level of attention and care regardless of what time their appointment is. Pregnancy is not something that should ever feel rushed just because the staff wants to go home. The way this office operates has become so stressful that my blood pressure goes up every time I come here. Think about that. A place that is supposed to provide care, reassurance, and support during pregnancy has become a source of anxiety and stress. The front desk experience is just as frustrating. Communication is poor, organization is nonexistent, and there seems to be very little accountability when things go wrong. Nobody seems to take ownership, and patients are left feeling like they're inconveniencing the office simply by expecting basic communication and proper care. I understand that medical offices get busy. I understand that appointments can run behind. But there is a HUGE difference between being busy and being consistently disorganized, dismissive, rushed, and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed that I chose this office for my pregnancy care. This should be one of the most important times in a person's life, and instead of feeling confident that I am being properly monitored and cared for, I constantly leave questioning whether anyone is actually communicating with me or paying attention to what is going on. Management seriously needs to take a look at how this office is being run. The patient experience is terrible, the communication is terrible, and the overall level of professionalism is unacceptable. If you are pregnant and looking for an office where you feel heard, respected, informed, and confident in your care, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Terrible experience here. Dr. Mann seems nice initially, but was absolutely no help and a large…read moresource of stress at the beginning of my pregnancy. I am high risk, her website says she specializes in high risk, so I went to her. She proceeds to try to rush me out only first appointment after an extremely uncomfortable Pap telling me I need to go to a high risk clinic. She also left the door open when I was still in just a gown. Not answering any questions or listening to me when in front of me. So I go to her JC office for an ultrasound, because at 10pm the night before my appointment, she calls me and tells me ALL of the machines in Saddle Brook are broken. So I go because I really want to find out more about my pregnancy. At my follow up visit, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room, 30 minutes in the exam room just for her to come storming in telling me I need to go to a high risk clinic. I was in the processes of finding a clinic that my insurance would cover, so I wanted to get whatever care I could (Dr. Mann) in the meantime. She then tells me she is going to make some phone calls and to go back into the waiting room . She calls me back up into the hallway to tell me my pap results which shocked me, and to tell me she would call with centers that I could go to (She never called! Called back 3 times with no info). Once I finally found a high risk clinic that I could go to, I needed to have my files forwarded to them. When I called them to ask for my files, they told me I needed to have my new doctor request them? So I call my new Dr to ask them to do that and they were very confused, told me that I needed to sign a release form for them to be faxed over. I call the office again asking if I can come sign a release form for my records, and I get a simple "Yes" from the same person who told me my doctor needs to request them. They also lost my first ultrasound and bloodwork information from that day, which was a very large blood test (12-14 vials of blood!) All in all, the office is a total sh**show disaster!
