They did a fine job on my car (I have a basic Ford Escape, nothing fancy). I was told there was a Lifetime Guarantee! I noticed lately, the tinting on the right front passenger door is scrunching up. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously?
