I went in with tunnel vision for brisket and walked out with a beautiful cut, plus a leg of lamb and a few Wagyu steaks that I absolutely did not plan on buying. No regrets. The quality speaks for itself. Everything looked fresh, well-cut, and handled by people who clearly know what they're doing. Not just tossing meat in a case and calling it a day. There were also some more unique options that caught my eye, the kind of stuff you don't usually see unless you're really looking for it. Definitely gave me a few ideas for future weekends. What really stuck with me though was the staff. Genuinely friendly, easy to talk to, and helpful without hovering. I asked a couple questions and got real answers, not some rehearsed script.
