I could not believe that someone in a professional position would show up and threaten their own client because she was fired for lack of communication. This woman showed up to let me in and screamed at me that she just wanted to come and see the person who fired her. She threatened me by stating I made a lot of enemies and she hopes our paths don't cross again. Since I fired her they never should have crossed. It is unsafe and psychotic that she didn't brush off the fact she was fired and came to saint me and take pictures and videos. My house was supposed to have closed so I did some gardening waiting fir deed. She screams at me that I had no right doing landscape when I don't even own the home. This is a realtor speaking. She did not represent me but was the sellers agent of a recent closing on OKI beach home I purchased. This agent is not honest. She allowed her sellers to remove all the furniture of the place I bought when it was clearly listed as fully furnished. She had an exclusions list of items and everything. Imagine 5 days to closing and you have your agent inspect property to find the sellers have removed and sold most of the the furniture of an $800k plus beach home. It's not ethical in my opinion but you decide for yourself. Her explanation as reported to me by her sellers was that because I negotiated off the list price all furnishings were no longer included. That's a new one for me. Beware and protect yourself.

Rather it sounded like she volunteered. She showed up with a bullying intimidating and threatening manner. She asked who I was and said I just wanted to see the person who fired me i n person. Now I just bought a house and somehow she made commission and this was how a professional real estate agent behaves? I called to complain and they said they wouldspeak with her and other agent, called me back and said it was both our faults. The other realtor was not there when she first arrived to hear what this lady said to me. To top it off she mailed my keys in an envelope and when I requested a tracking number nobody got back, I requested again and nobody got back. I finally received them and it was in a special envelope from post office because the letter was torn and empty. What an insane real estate company. We reside out of state and we were unable to view the lot beforehand due to a medical issue. No where in the listing does it say anything about the 4,000sf pond in the middle of the property or the active culvert draining water directly into the property. Of the 1.16-acres, 20% is buildable and that 20% is behind the 4,000sf pond. And we were told by one of the many agencies we had visit the property looking for ideas on how we could save this property. We were told "build a driveway through the pond AND significantly fill in the pond AND hire an engineer to redirect the water from the culvert (again, with permission)". Unfortunately we do not have the money to do that because we used most of our savings to purchase the property. Sadly we had to put the property back on the market, we to drop the price twice already and we are now at a loss because let's face it, no one wants to buy a swamp! All NC realtors have a duty to discover and DISCLOSE material facts, as established by North Carolina General Statute section 93A-6(a)(1) and by Commission Rule 58A .0114(c), and Chapter 47E of the North Carolina General Statutes. A 4,000sf swamp in the middle of the property is absolutely a material fact! As it would be a factor used to decide to purchase or not! Burt Elmore never disclosed any of these material facts. And the pond/swamp is visible from his For Sale sign at the street! We reached out to the owners and they told us to pound sand! Not very honest and no integrity what so ever!
