We agreed to allow the woman to stay in our new home 72 hours after closing. Her movers were running days late so Kristina began harassing us to pay for the ladies moving expenses because our closing was 1 day late. She told us to ask the purchasers of our old home for extra days which I was not willing to do as i have an extra needs child and her appointments were already set for the new home (which I told her multiple times,) so she resorted to calling the realtor representing the purchasers of our old home and telling him that our realtor was talking poorly about him which was completely untrue. Meanwhile, after inspections and request period her client broke the stove grate so my realtor told her she had to replace it. We found this part with a snarky note from Kristina when we moved in.. I'll include the picture. Now comes the most insulting part. Kristina ran into our realtor today and told her we sent her back the stove part to her office in pieces. Which I will include pictures with todays date showing it here in my home and intact. She then asked our realtor if she needed to worry about us. This is unbelievably slanderous and I can only hope she has not spread her CRAZY lies to anyone else about us. I'm just shocked that a "professional" representing a prestigious real estate firm such as Sotheby's would behave like this. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS WOMAN!!!!!

Over several months we religiously checked Zillow for house possibilities, and Tracy would find houses she thought we might like. We'd meet every couple of weeks and visit various properties together. We lived about 100 miles away, and Tracy was always respectful of our time (always on time), and really observed and listened to what we liked and didn't like. She said I could see it another time and that she was not going to accept offers until Wed, I found another agent to show me the property and we liked it and started to write an offer but knew we had until Wed to submit it. Tuesday the house was marked pending and my agent told me there was six offers. I think what Jill did is very unprofessional. If you tell anyone that you are not accepting offers until Wed than you don't. Unprofessional realtor I would not recommend.
