The worst cleaning company I have ever used. Hired for a deep cleaning and apparently to them that means to lightly dust with a swiffer and leave the oven full of cleaner that turned into a gross mess once she left. Contacted Brian to get it fixed and he sent another cleaner who said he didn't tell her anything about the oven and she complained about how annoying Brian was and didn't fix it. Once again reached out to him to fix it and he told me he was out of the office and then never responded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY especially when there is so many other better cleaning companies. Updating my review after there was complete resolution by management. I was sent a new cleaner, free of charge to do a re clean two days after my first appointment. The second cleaner, Madison, really was great. She was personable, and motivated. I was contacted via text more than once and asked to update my review to five stars. While I am happy with the end result, it was a ton of time and trouble on my part to get here and I'm not sure I can fairly say that this was a five star experience. We requested a deep clean for our 4 bdrm 31/2 bath 2400 sq ft home. We were rescheduled 3 times before finally getting 1 cleaner when we were expecting 2, and she spent 2 hours in one bathroom, 1 hour in another and then told me her time was up. We were told it would be a 3hr job with 2 cleaners for $600. I had to pay 600 to get two bathrooms cleaned, and by cleaned, I mean it took 3 hours and a deep clean was not the result. I found hair on the counters and in shower, as well as soap residue still visible. My husband spoke to 3 different people about the same thing and their is certainly a gap in professional. So originally I asked for quoting on doing a bi-monthly cleaning. I was quoted prices and set up a date to start. After discussing this with my gf we decided that all we really needed was just a good deep cleaning. I contacted the business through Yelp! And explained the new situation. They replied that it could still be done for the same initial price. Then they even offered to do the job sooner than the original date and said they would do it on the following Tuesday. I arrived home a little early from work because they said the window time was 1-3pm. Around 4pm I got a text message from the company stating that they wanted to verify my appointment for TOMORROW. I verified it but replied to the text my concern that it was set for today and nobody called to reschedule for tomorrow. I got no reply. Wednesday came and again I left work early to be home for them. The girl (I never got her name) arrived just after 1pm. She asked what she was supposed to clean. I explained the "deep cleaning" that was requested and she said ok and went to work. 3 hours later I was working on projects in my garage for my business and she approached me saying she was done. I should have inspected the house and questioned things but I was in the middle of a project and trusted that what was supposed to be done was in fact done. It was not! I even gave her a tip before she left. About an hour or two later I went in the house and checked a few things like dust on shelves, windows and sills not cleaned kitchen chairs not wiped down, baseboards not cleaned, cabinets not wiped down. A little while later I got a call from the company wanting payment which I paid. They asked my opinion of the service and I explained my dissatisfaction. They offered to send somebody back out for an hour to get what was missed and also stated that if I used their service again there is a $50 credit to my account. I appreciate their effort and recognizing the issue but I think I will just go back to cleaning my own house when I have time read more

I booked them for a move out cleaning. Part way through the cleaning I get a text from the Manager Brian. He says they have to do a deep cleaning and it would cost $120 more. Well after I paid and the rental company did their inspection they found dirty shelves in the refrigerator, lint in the dryer, and dusty window shades. Those were all things that were to be covered under the move out cleaning. The only deep cleaning I saw was my wallet being cleaned out. I made an appointment several weeks ahead to have my house cleaned on the Friday before Easter. i had out of town guests coming the following day, and was hosting 18 people for Easter dinner. i was counting on Carol's to clean my house. The morning of my scheduled cleaning I received a phone call informing me that they wouldn't be able to clean. I explained that I had out of town guests coming the following day and i really needed my house cleaned. i was told they'd see what they can do and call, or text, me back in a few minutes. Thankfully, the company sent out someone to redo the deep cleaning I originally had. Madison came and was wonderful! She really made my bathrooms sparkle! She was amazing, and I really appreciate them sending a superstar. The only issue is that I received a message from Brian the manager when the time was almost up. I just said things were looking good. Then Madison ran out of time and had to leave. She did finish mopping the floor, but my downstairs did not get the same attention at the upstairs. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job. I appreciate the communication and the redo, if I do use them again I will only use Madison UPDATE: Just went in my downstairs bathroom to find it was not cleaned at all the 2nd time around.
