The latest one showed a very appealing $1,410.40 per year. I called to finalize the policy, expecting maybe 20-30% higher at most. Instead, the actual quote came back at $3,047 -- more than double the mailer price. I have good credit and no claims history, so I asked why the massive difference. They told me the mail quote assumes a brand new roof, perfect credit score, and every possible discount available. In my opinion, this is pretty deceptive. Sending out lowball teaser quotes that don't reflect reality for most people just wastes everyone's time. If you get one of these mailers from John Rose Allstate, plan on adding roughly 100% to the quoted price for what you'll actually pay. Save yourself the phone call and shop around with real quotes from multiple companies first. Show less

The Pat Fogle agency meets my needs and checks every box for me. My representative, Heidi, knows me when I call and if she doesn't know an answer, she finds it for me. Their office isn't fancy and it's not even particularly easy to get to as it's in a congested strip location, but I appreciate that they aren't spending my money on a swanky office or offering me a latte while I wait. I feel like Pat Fogle understands how to keep a budget and I appreciate that.
