I had suffered from chronically stiff neck, back, and hamstring muscles for over 40 years with no relief. Despite receiving a confirmation of the reservation, the staff treated her terribly, claiming that there was no reservation for her. To make matters worse, she overheard the staff making disrespectful and hurtful comments, saying she "does not belong in a place like this" and insinuating that she couldn't afford the services - that were already paid for!! This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Not only did they fail to honor the reservation, but they also made my mom feel unwelcome and disrespected. I expect a business that claims to offer a luxury experience to treat all customers with dignity and professionalism. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before considering this establishment. I felt sooo bad for my mom. What a way to spend Mother's Day.
