Came to this imaging service at 0710 for a 0730 appt. You enter through the surgery center section. Upon entry look to your left after the desk and you will see the suite door to imaging. I past it the first time as it is easy to miss. I was met with very nice staff who had me sign my informed consent, etc. Within minutes I was in the back changing into scrubs for my test. You are able we to lock your personal belongings into a Locker so you don't have to worry about your items. I was in and out before my actual appt time was scheduled. Awesome! The MRI tech was super nice. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves a shout out. One of the nicer healthcare workers I have encountered in a while. Thank you. read more

I would give this place a zero star but it doesn't allow me. Do not get any testing here since the prices are extremely high and worst of it all, is how financial assistance is not even an option.. A representative took my information and turns out it was completely false information and advertisement. DO NOT GO HERE. I will be reporting this to the BBB. read more

The staff at this location couldn't be more unhelpful. I was there for over 2 hours for a minute procedure. Not once do I remember a 'Sorry for the long wait', etc. The staff is also extremely inept. They contacted insurance I have from 13 years ago for authorization. It never occurred to their limited brains to ask "are you still with ...?" Nope. So, that added 45 minutes to my already long visit. I contacted the main office about having the cost of my visit reduced. That went nowhere. If you get a bad pizza from a restaurant, good places will offer you some kind of compensation. This place does not put the same value on their customers. They couldn't care less. If your doctor or insurance tries to send you to this amateur clinic, ask for somebody else. They are pathetic. read more

this place is horrible and they run their business with criminal behavior. Simple MRI. $4900 unless you pay amount in full, then 30% off. So, $3400. I elect to pay in full, $3400. Arrive, check-in, PAY BALANCE IN FULL, $3400. Sit and wait to begin MRI. Complete MRI. Go home. TWO DAYS LATER GET A BILL FOR SIXTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! So, they give you 30% off and then bill you later for the 30%. I'm sorry, that's not a mistake. That's criminal. They're literally attempting to steal money. I despise the medical community! This is typical of MOST medical related experiences Ive had. I mean, THEY DO NOT CARE. The care for patients is secondary to the money and that's horrible and disgusting! I dont know what to do. Is there anywhere in the world that the medical community puts patients first and money grabbing second? NO, THIS ISNT A BILLING ERROR! This is an attempt to rip patients off.
