I walked into the location and had to wait about 15 minutes for service while the employees chatted to other patrons who were hanging out at the bar. When I finally got the attention of an employee I asked for a list of their flavors. The employee gave me the book and walked off. When I found a flavor I wanted to try I had to get the attention of another employee to help me out. After giving me a vape pen to sample the flavor she walked off and I again had to wait before ordering a bottle of juice. I told the girl preparing my bottle what VG levels I wanted, she corrected me and explained that I wanted a higher level. I don't my suggestions but the girl refused to sell me the level I wanted. It's a shame the the service was so terrible because the juice was top notch, unfortunately I can't bring myself to return. read more

I don't know what the hell happened to the worthy employees but they need the ones back that listened to what you ask for and don't waste your time asking for an ID when someone is well over 18 years old- it's almost disrespectful. Not to mention my husband and I are in there a lot. I asked for a 140ml and walked out with a 65 and after I said I wanted the larger one she looked at the other employee with a stupid ass look on her face like her job is rocket science. Oh well, 50% loss in one transaction not my problem. We can go elsewhere from now on. read more

Shop was clean and well staffed with people who know their business. Polite and helpful and not just trying to make a sale. Very large selection of juices and gear. My husband has been coming here for a few months and has been pretty satisfied with everything. Today when he went to pay, the employee saw his military ID in his wallet. The employee told him that he had been in the Navy and gave him a military discount. Obviously, I think that all military personnel should be offered a discount everywhere that they shop or eat. After visiting the Spartanburg location, there were a lot of what appeared to be employees who had rather puff than who give quality info and demos. The ventilation is terrible at best[ the place was filled with whatever in the air] The employees 5-7 stood around socializing with each other while customers waited to be to ask questions,look at products, make purchase choices and to pay for chosen items. When you get the attention one of them, there was a lot of confusion about items for sale. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER. The first time we came here was a good experience we tried some liquids and walked out with a couple different flavors however I feel they are a little over priced on both liquids and equipment.
