I didn't hear anything back after a week and a half so I finally reached out through email. I got a response back. I'll be in contact with you within an hour. I was contacted back and told that they could open up the PDF file that had the questionnaire but they couldn't open up the PDF file that had my records. And they wanted me to fax them. I emailed the records to myself and I open them just fine. I advised I am not comfortable faxing records that have mine and my parents full Social Security number on it and I am moving on with another attorney. The other part of it is is that when I ask questions nothing was answered. I asked how long the expungement would take. I have two years to get this straightened out all she kept saying was about that about that. So is it about two years to get it expunged or what? Complete runaround and complete waste of time. I'm glad I didn't waste my money. Horrible law firm.
