Once inside you'll meet one of the owners the older gentleman was tending the shop today and such a gem of a man - this place is filled with a beautiful selection of antiques, collectibles and memorabilia from across America, this husband and wife picker team travel the country in a Winnebago pulling a trailer behind them looking for treasure. This shop is absolutely beautifully laid out, a lot of the displays were handmade by the owner and everything is easily accessible, clean and in great condition - I promise there is no junk here. I thought the pricing was fair especially considering the quality and condition of each piece. I spent a considerable amount of time here mostly admiring the merchandise - one of the benefits of spending time in a shop like this goes far beyond finding that special item, if you're willing to spend some time here and ask the right questions in a respectful manner you can get an education, this man purchased everything on display therefore he's touched it all and there's no doubt he has an eye for the rare and unique pieces as well as somethings that have simply been forgotten over time. Although I didn't find anything that fit into my collection I really enjoyed every minute I spent here. I've been to many many antique shops but rarely do I find one as true to the word antique as I found here. They say the busy season is in the fall when the leaves fall today we had the shop to ourselves and that made for a pretty special day...

After six or so visits to this place with consistent results, I've decided the following two…read morethings: 1) it's got phenomenal inventory, which moves fast so buy it if you like it. Hence, the two stars. But 2) be prepared to be treated like you smell bad, or are bad, or are just generally in the staff's way. (Not all of them, but def the majority) Hence, only two stars. It's such a shame. I literally steel myself for the openly crap attitude I always, always receive. I've bought something every single time I go in, so it's not like there's any reason at all for me to have to field this. I wear deodorant and normal clothing, I have no small children in tow, no dog in arms, nothing. It's inexplicable, but I could set my watch by it. If you'd like to find some pretty, often unusual, (though admittedly sometimes overpriced) things, go here! Just make sure you get something cool enough to wash the taste of the customer service interactions away when you look at it later -- because when you leave you're likely to feel like you just drove through Taco Bell on Poplar in Memphis at 2 am. Pretty sure that's where they found their customer service manual. If you make it past the front desk without turning into a shriveled block of ice, don't miss the fabulous large COVET booth just inside the first display area. That booth in particular has amazing finds at fair prices.

There's something that unique in every corner each Booth is owned by a different person. So you're going to find all kinds of cool stuff I actually found a really nice necklace. There's a lot to see in here so take your time. Lots of free parking in the front of the building. We didn't make it across the street but I heard it's cool over there too you can buy lots of packages to make bread and cornbread and other baked goods.

This three-story building is loaded with a little bit of everything and has something for everyone. Nancy found a unique vintage choker-style necklace for about $30 and I found two piano books, one for $5 and the other for $8.95. In my opinion many of the items here are overpriced but there are deals to be had; just not for what I was shopping for. The sellers would not give me a better deal on the books even though I'm probably the only one in the great state of GA that wanted them. I was actually trying to purchase a third book Beethoven Sonatas Book II, but they wanted nearly $30 for it. I could care less that it was old (vintage), I just wanted the material for study. I can buy the Henle version of this book (best quality of music book made) for the same price this Black Friday, so that was a solid NO for that purchase. Staff were friendly and the store was kept orderly. Items were displayed in a logical manner and I did not have to do a lot of digging to find what I was looking for. There are multiple sellers in the store so you might find something such as sports related items in more than one place so be sure to walk all three floors if you have time. We were in a bit of a hurry so we only had about 30 minutes to shop on this visit. I could have easily looked around for another 30 minutes or more. If you are looking for a fun shopping experience while visiting Helen, GA I recommend stopping in and checking them out.
