The hostess that was assigned to the party was injured and could not provide adequate service for the guests. In addition, she spent more time laying on the floor than assisting with the party. The air conditioner did not work during the party. This gym could be an amazing place for parties. The building has a ton of potential! It needs some TLC.

I dont go by looks, you have to realize kids are in between these walls and they are not going to stay spic and span or in newly remodeled condition. I am more concerned about how my granddaughter progresses and how secure and happy she is going here. Her group went undefeated this year, Yeah. If more time was given to looks and tlc, They would have less time spent learning and accomplishing the job of being undefeated.

Tents are new and up on pallets. Many areas for people to volunteer that are background checked. They head off to their country w/ leaders that are married and a few single adults(felt very secure). I scheduled a tour for La Petite Academy Merritt Island. Juan who greeted us was very nice and professional and turned out to be the one to give us the tour. As he was walking us through he explained every room and set up. The first thing I noticed while walking through was that it wasn't as diverse as I was hoping for. Then when we got to the class that my son would be in, there was four children in there and three of them was laying on the floor with dirty, runny noses and playing in their snot. Huge turn off and red flag. The part that confirmed it for me that my son would not be going there was how the teacher (or whatever they're called because she definitely wasn't a teacher) was looking at my son like he was a foreign object. That was a red flag for me and further let me know that she wasn't used to seeing or working with black children. She didn't utter two words to him nor did she interact with him. Literally just stared at him. At that point it was time to end the tour because it was no point in continuing on.

And the facts are that I took my daughter to another gym in that gym recognized her talent the first day in advanced her three levels from galactic recommendations. Galactic gymnastics just wanted the beginners level tuition money was holding my daughter back not even advancing her to intermediate holding her back again and galactics excuse on my Yelp comment was we have a competitive team but it was full I was never told that they had a competitive team all I ever saw was underage teenage coaches teaching these kids the same thing everyday for 2 months my daughter did not advance whatsoever at galactic gymnastics. My daughter has been at a new gym for 3 weeks now and has her back handspring. Hands down the truth... My daughter is 5 years old and can do a roundoff back handspring because I switched them if you are serious about your child being a gymnast galactic is not your gym they hold you back to get more money in my opinion and they don't have the coaching to advance the children further

The instructor was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, making sure we were happy with our designs every step of the way. Even if you're new to working with resin, everything is explained clearly and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Because the resin needs time to cure, boards are picked up at least 24 hours later. We haven't picked ours up yet, but we're already excited to see how they turned out based on how great the experience was. They also offer a wide variety of other classes, including acrylic and oil painting, paint pours, and more. We'll definitely be back to try another class--highly recommend for a fun, creative outing!

We met the owner (Jeannie), who was so nice and scheduled a private session for the three of us right after our surfing and before our bioluminescent kayaking. The studio has so much incredible artwork. Jeannie invited us to walk around and pick ideas of what we wanted to do. She prepped the canvases and everything while we surfed. When we returned for our lesson, Jeannie had everything set up for us and taught us how to paint a beach scene with grassy dunes, palm trees, and a dolphin jumping out of the water. All of us were impressed with what we were able to do, and came home with lasting painting techniques. When we were done, I was trying to decide how to get the paintings home since I prefer to carry on our luggage, and Jeannie offered to mail them to us. When they arrived, they came with an extra painting kit she gave us. I am SO SO SO thrilled that we stumbled upon this. Highly recommend!!! Oh, also--Jeannie is a cardiac nurse. She got into this by helping her patients recover by helping them through art. Incredible woman with an incredible story. Memorable experience for sure.
