Also asked for fine fringe but got a thick fringe with shorter chunks in it. In addition, I made it clear I did not want any layers (as my hair is already fine) and I watched as she cut layers in. It was as if it was what she wanted and not what I wanted. Never been so upset with a hair cut before.
