I purchased the DVD several years ago when I was on the verge of needing surgery. The exercises helped and my pain went away. Years later (now) I'm having pain again. I'm hopeful that the exercises will once again fend off my need for surgery. I will say that the exercises may cause more pain initially as the blood flow and nerves are awakened, but after the first 2 days, I am noticing a good deal of improvement. read more

George B. Is a complete loser. He complains about there only being some exercises on the DVDs but never states that he has tried them. The exercises are absolute MAGIC. My wife tried them for two sessions and her numbness was completely gone. Dan F. is also a complete buffoon. He complains that the instructor is not a doctor and that he is shown working in his living room, without even a white jacket. The instructor actually gained his knowledge from an elderly yoga instructor. He clearly says that he is just a normal guy who wants to help people. Dan F. also never states that he has tried the exercises. These people have obviously never tried the exercises but give the system only one star. What idiots they are. My wife was ready to schedule surgery last week, but after the diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, we ordered the system and it works like MAGIC. She hates surgery, hospitals, and physical therapy. This system has made it possible for her to avoid all of this pain. Get this system. You will love it and want to share it with friends and family. read more

This company is a sham! I recently reviewed their product for a patient of mine at his request. First, the narrator does not mention who he is,. Secondly, it was filmed in his living room. Thirdly, he was dressed in street clothes. This DVD was nothing more than range of motion for the wrist. There are no helpful stretches specific to carpal tunnel syndrome. There is no mention of the nerve in question nor any anatomical structures. There was no mention of tips for sleeping nor vitamin B supplementation. I e-mailed this company 2x to ask about their credentials and never received a response. This DVD is nothing more than range of motion at the wrist and the narrator spends more time talking about deep breathing and proper spinal posture than specifically about carpal tunnel syndrome. This is clearly a non-professional capitalizing on people with neurological dysfunction at the wrist. It is a total waste of money and they should be ashamed for misleading people with pain and paresthesias in their hands. read more

I got the DVD a couple years ago, and within 2 times going through the stretches, my pain--which was getting worse by the day--went away. I was being awakened by sharp hand pains, horrible numbness and tingling. These stretches stopped it after 2 sessions, and within a week, it all went away. I'll have to respectfully disagree with Dan F., in that the narrator is listed as to who he is, and the fact that he looks like a "regular guy" is absolutely fine. Is someone doing and explaining the stretches supposed to be in a suit, or, a lab coat? If you read the intro on the site, you know who these people are. Nothing is "hidden" IMO. YES, it's a DVD of stretches, and in my case it worked wonders. COMPLETELY worth the $57. Even at $99, or whatever the "original price" was, it would have been worth it to me. I still use it at least once a week, because it feels really good afterwards. I do the neck and shoulder stretches all the time as well. read more
