I immediately called Tara at ServiceMaster by Burch and literally, within an hour, Shawn Birch and a few members of his crew arrived to the scene with over 30 portable dryers to dry the flooring and to start mold mitigation. Note: Shawn and his crew were also at other homes in Otsego and Delaware counties on cleanup duty for pipes bursting. They have the crew. They have the equipment to handle several calls at once. For that I am grateful - I didn't have to wait for the dryers to become available from another call. ServiceMaster by Burch had a great professional rapport with the insurance adjuster assigned to my case and were able to start removing the flooring and cabinetry prior to the adjuster's arrival. If we had to wait a few days for the adjuster to arrive (who was also extremely busy on other similar claims in multiple counties), mold (my greatest fear) would have set in and the house would have had far more extensive damage. Because of ServiceMaster by Burch's immediate response and knowledge, my house suffered NO MOLD to the walls and subfloors. Tara, the office manager answered all of my questions with a high degree of professionalism. She took care of the insurance paperwork on her end. We made the right and only choice for this small "disaster". I cannot recommend ServiceMaster by Burch enough. Thank you.

And the cleaning services they provide are very basic! No wall cleaning, window cleaning,-- only cleaning fixtures, vacuuming, mopping--I could do that! Also cannot work after 345 PM! Silly!
