HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL / DOES NOT WARRANTY WORK…read more I hired Alex to fully renovate our newly bought 2300 square-foot house, including new floors, walls and ceilings and a few other small projects and paid him over $25,000. He and his team did an OK job but the problems we soon discovered were: 1) they had used the wrong paint on the doors and all of the door started appealing within a few weeks. 2) Also, they came back to touch up the walls but used the wrong finish paint and now the house is full of spots that reflect with light. 3) However, the real issue is he was also hired to paint/epoxy the garage floor. Unfortunately, it started peeling within months and then he told me it was because we had an EV and we did not tell him about it. After consulting with Sherwin-Williams rep, they said that was not the problem. It was not finished right. Alex said he would warranty the work and came out to patch up some of the spots that were peeling. Those spots quickly peeled right up. On top of this, Alex had asked me to fully remove everything from our garage, which took me over five hours to move by myself. He then told me he would be coming back later to fully refinish the floor in which I needed to remove everything from the garage once again. I had moved everything outside and wrapped it with tarps as it was raining that week and he never showed up. So I had to move ALL of our items both out of the garage and back in for no reason. I have back issues with the pending back surgery and after this I could not walk for three days. He then told me he would be coming out at a later time (Third time visit ) to fix the floors and for me to again to remove all the items. I did not do any moving this time knowing he has not showed up before and once again he did not show up. At this point in time, he does not answer any of my messages and has also stopped responding to the Sherwin-Williams paint rep who provide all the materials and he said he needs to do the job right. Based on the not best quality of work and the fact that he simply does not warranty his work and will stop answering your emails - I would highly recommend to find another dependable contractor. I will no longer be working with Alex again.

The team was on time, took great care with all of my belongings and the floors, had impeccable attention to detail, and did a fantastic job. I have a friend who does interior design and she called it the best paint job she has ever seen. I would absolutely use them again - highly recommended!

Beware! Avoid this company at all costs!! Trust me--you are better to go somewhere, anywhere…read moreelse! I would give them no stars if possible. We needed carpet for our livingroom and was hoping to find something that matched the existing carpet in our bedrooms. I didn't have a lot of time to shop around because we were moving and had to get the carpet replaced before we had all our belongings delivered. I was able to find the matching carpet at Eckard and was quoted over $3500 for carpet for just the one room. I thought this was pretty ridiculous but again, didn't have time to shop around so went with them. I paid approx $2700 for the down payment and then they said they would contact me to schedule installation. It took them over two weeks to schedule the installation and then didn't show up on the original schedule date because they weren't finished on another job. We had to go ahead and have our belongings delivered before they finally showed up the next week. When they did show up the guy was late. Then around lunch time he said he was going to lunch and never showed back up! The next day I called the store to find out what was going on and was told he had to go make corrections to another job. No one bothered to call us and let us know so my husband who had taken off work for him to be there sat and waited all afternoon and lost wages as a a result! Their carpet installer finally came back a couple of days later and "finished" the carpet installation. He left a mess with scraps of carpet everywhere. We realized he had carpeted over floor outlets and had not properly tightened the carpet down in one corner where there is now a large bump. When they called for the remaining payment I told them I wasn't paying anything until they fixed our concerns. Almost 6 months passed without a word and then they contacted me again for the remaining $800 balance. I told them I wasn't paying a cent until they came back and fixed their errors. Well fast forward another month to this week....I get a letter from a law office saying they are going to sue me if I don't pay the remaining balance. We are not paying them anymore money for a horrible carpeting job, horrible customer service, and now threats from a law office. They did a terrible job, never fixed their errors and expect us to pay them. Its crazy. What an awful company. Unless you like to pay too much for carpet, enjoy guessing when it might actually be installed and aren't worried about taking time off work subsequently losing wages while you wait around for it to be completed, don't care about the quality of work, and enjoy law office threats, then take my advice and get your flooring from someone else!!

Unfortunately, Sarah was much the same - in addition to trying to rip us off. A guest contacted both us and Airbnb and stated that they did not even stay in the listing, yet Sarah had gone by and "cleaned" after their check out date, and mentioned nothing about the bed not being slept in, bathroom not being used, etc. She just charged us a regular cleaning rate, didn't mention anything being amiss, and then attacked US when we questioned why she didn't mention the person not even STAYING there, and instead pretending to clean - her reply was to attack us and demand that "she be payed" (to which we asked how much she even expected having not actually cleaned, but pretending to have done), and say that she was quitting, she "cleans 6 other houses and don't need to clean for us." Clearly, we would question her truthfulness and morals considering the situation at hand, and instead of issuing any sort of apology, she continued to send us rude texts including "deleting your number and being done with y'all," and how her husband "said to let it go, but she aint that type of person." She also refused to drop off the linens, keys from the UK that can only be copied in person on Kensington High Street for $250 apiece, etc. when we were next visiting, but insisted on leaving them inside the vacation rental itself (less than ideal with vacation renters going in and out). This experience would take the cake on poor quality cleaners in that town.

She came the next day and went over and above with everything. I loved the lady that cleaned my apartment before my move, and thought it would be impossible to find someone as good. Sarah proved me wrong. She's not just as good, she's better. My apartment has never been so clean. The smallest details that I wouldn't have even considered before, Sarah cleaned and made shine. She is as good with communication as she is with cleaning. Always communicating, easy going and one of the hardest workers I have ever met. I have now hired her on a bi-monthly basis and couldn't be any happier with my decision. I'm writing this post because I am very hesitant about allowing strangers into my home and use reviews to learn more about people. I wrote it to hopefully help others like myself that are in need of a good, honest, trusting, hard working cleaning service.

At the appointment, a thorough inspection of our roof was conducted, and an explanation with photos was provided, along with many replacement options to guide us in the direction we could go. What we didn't realize was that there was damage due to a recent storm, so Kyle and Asheton took the extra time explaining how everything could go should we decide to file a claim via our homeowners insurance, as well as variations in the two roofing brands offered and the benefits of each.
