It is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The sales people were rude and confrontational, giving me incorrect information on prices while abroad, phone prices, and prices instore compared to those on the web. As soon as I questioned their information, I was shouted down by two sales reps, who seems very unprofessional indeed. The store is clean and flashy looking-certainly in keeping with the image 3 want to portray, but the service and attitudes of staff is outrageous! They are very interested in making a sale, but prefer to bully you into it, rather than give honest friendly advice!

As I wasn't sure the phone I was buying was the right one, I asked whether it was ok to return it and was told I'd receive a full refund. What they didn't tell me was that I'd lose the £10 top up you have to buy with every new phone, as this is loaded on the new sim card and cannot be applied to another phone. For this reason, I am reluctant to use this store again.

With cables and wires and connectors and small type tools, they help you get stuff fixed, built or made better. Organized by category with computer stuff, blank media, telephone, hi-fi, and other gadgets neatly laid out, once you figure out what you want, they will have it. And for the stuff that they don't have in stock, Maplins has a massive catalog and they will be able to order it for deliver to your home or to the shop. While they have all the cables you need to connect your computer to your television, they don't actually sell computers or televisions.

Once in there though the actual shop isn't that big but it holds all electrical cables, batteries, computer, audio and television equipment. Some of their products are over priced but I have had a good bargain from there in the past. The staff are all helpful and friendly and know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to electricals.

Unable to wait on my usual techie I decided to go with Intuitive Solution after a friend recommending them to myself. After the very polite owner took in my laptop in and off my hands for the space of about 4 hours to change the hardware. I came back to pick it up at a reasonable price, in depth explanation of what changes he had done, which was something I have not really received before. Upon taking my laptop home and starting her up, I found that my laptop had never performed better. The laptop is still working perfectly with no problems what so ever, several months later. Inconclusion, I haven't seen my previous techie since. Great service, great price, great custom.
