The rooms are distinct, fun, and classy! It really feels like our home away from home (currently Northern California). The location could not be better. There are so many great restaurants with food of all kinds. Whether you are looking for an amazing brunch or late night snack (or full meal) you are covered! Transportation is right in front. Also, when we stayed Gorki had free Fritz Cola!!! We'll definitely be back!

When I tried to get a change their response was "it doesn't smell that bad" and "its your fault for not knowing they were going to be this hot." The people at the front desk and the management was incredibly unhelpful and rigid. This place has the price of a luxury hotel but the space and the service of a budget hotel. There are much better deals and nicer/larger places elsewhere in Mitte.

The correspondence with the representatives of the agency was efficient and well-organized, and they were courteous and responsive every time I'd emailed or spoken to them. Esp. when our flight to Berlin was delayed in Frankfurt for 8 hours, they were helpful in arranging our arrival. The apt we'd rented was exactly (just as nice) as it'd appeared on their website, and the proprietor was professional and courteous. I would definitely use the agency again next time I return to Berlin.

The apartment feels like a home and that's what made our stay really comfortable. We both had our own bedroom with a lot of space. Enough space for our clothes (which were a lot of clothes) and both bedrooms had a double bed and an extra single bed. In the living room you have a comfy couch which can also be used as a double bed. Also the bathroom was big enough and clean! The apartment is really close to public transportation and even during the night you can get home safely. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops close, so after a long day you have everything near you. We both had some trouble sleeping because the pillows are super soft, but Stefan was really fast and nice, and brought us a new pillow! Would love to come back here.

Nach langer Internetrecherche, bei der wir mit ca 15 Firmen gesprochen haben, haben wir uns für PremiumReinigung entschieden.  Wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Ein Team von 4 (inklusive dem Chef David) hat unsere Wohnung in ca. 5 Stunden super sauber gemacht. Insbesondere die Küche, die Bäder und die Fenster sahen aus wie neu. Z.B. hat David die Backofentür auseinandergenommen und alle Scheiben individuell reinigen zu können - so etwas habe ich noch nicht gesehen.  Das Team war nicht nur gründlich und hat hart gearbeitet, alle Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Ich werde von nun an Premiumreinigung.de fuer alle meine Projekte benutzen.
