If you want a plumber who is honest and dependable, call Dusty Welch. He has done several jobs for us over the years, but today he went over and beyond the call of duty. He worked after hours on the Friday before the 4th of July weekend to make sure that we had our services working. We cannot express how attentive and dedicated he was. We highly recommend him.

I called the office, and they apoligized, making an appointment for a couple of days later. This time Mr Rodgers showed up 2 hours late ( no call to let us know) and mumbled something about an unexpected meeting. Once he arrived, he was very professional, and seemed to have some great solutions. I agreed to move forward, and Mr Rodgers promised to send over a quote that evening. 2 days later I called the office, asking if the quote might have been sent to the wrong email. She apologized, and promised to have the quote sent that afternoon. The following week, I called again, looking for the quote. Again, I was promised to have the quote that afternoon. I spent several weeks with their promises to do it 'today'... It's been a month now, and we still never received the quote. I am very happy that our MS economy is great, and Mr Rodgers does not need my business. I am not so happy that he was so rude and disrespectful of my time and effort. I would NOT recommend calling this company, unless you really don't want the work done in this lifetime.

SCAM ALERT !!! WOW $1300 to install a DROP in kitchen…read moresink??? I was quoted $180 per hour to install a new sink and faucet. I asked LORI approximately how many hours to install she said 3-4 hours. I guess they saw my house and ran with it. The workers came the first time and stayed EXACTLY 1 hour and 7 minutes. The sink was bent and a new one was ordered. The second visit I was there with the two guys for 1 hour and 16 minutes and the sink was in and they began connecting all the plumbing. I had to leave and go to work. Not quite sure how long that took but I was charged for 6 hours, that never happened ! MR. BRAD RODGERS if you needed money to charge me DOUBLE, keep the money! I sleep great every night knowing I did the right thing. I will say the install was beautiful but considering the sink and faucet was only $434 and install was $1300 , that just doesn't make sense.
