One star is way to much to rate this company. If I could give them a negative rating I would have. Patricia Neal Rehabilitation talked me into renting a wheelchair, for a supposed $20.00 a month, after discharge. Approximately four months afterward I started calling Carr Rehab; otherwise known as Numotion, for pick-up or drop off instructions. The company never returned my calls. I then contacted my insurance company after waiting a month fora response from Carr/Numotion. The insurance company was suddenly billed for the cost of the wheelchair to purchase it, which they promptly paid. Carr/Numotion proceeded to call me weekly regarding paper work to sign regarding the wheelchair. Supposedly, these mysterious papers were sent to ,y PO Box twice registered. Amazingly, the Post Office never received them. Then I received a threatening call for a signature at my physical address or they would take the chair. The cost of the wheelchair is $300.00 on Amazon; of course the insurance company paid much more for it. We decided to just have them pick up the chair and not sign any paperwork. Carr/Numotion should pay my insurance company back for the cost of it. Next time I would purchase a chair of my own to have at home, should I require one in the future. read more
