Burroughs left me feeling humiliated, belittled, disregarded, and unheard. Instead, during the intake appointment, Zachary laughed obnoxiously and spoke to me in a condescending manner as i shared my situation. I found that interaction deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate given the sensitive nature of what I was discussing. I am typically thicked-skinned and a non- confrontational person, but in that moment I felt compelled to stand up for myself and explain that his disposition made me uncomfortable. There were multiple issues with patching together work notes that my lawyer did not catch and because of that I got a few thousand less than what I should have. I was on video falling out of an attic while working and breaking my tailbone at work and got less than 2 weeks workers comp after 9 months of being out of work in some capacity. This law office did NOT do my case justice in any way.
