I moved my son into this apartments a year ago, at first everything went smoothly aside from some…read moremaintenance issues taking sometime to get addressed. And him having a paid parking spot but sometimes not being able to use it due to someone taking it, office really don't do anything about it either! Fast forward to current and it time for him to move out, his lease was not up until Aug 31, he however moved out mid July so the apartment sat vacant. After about 3 weeks we when back to move the rest of his furniture, upon entering the apartment it was FULL of roaches and rat droppings, I mean FULL. We moved completely out that weekend and I personally made sure the place was cleaned a move in ready. I called and spoke to the manager to set up a walk through for the deposit to be returned, she stated a walk through is not needed just mail the keys back (we live out of state). I knew better but went with it back she was helpful it the past for me. Yesterday, I received his move out statement and noticed he wasn't getting a deposit back because the apartment "smelled like cat urine" he NEVER even had a goldfish in the apartment must less a cat! Now it did in fact have the OWNERS rats in the apartment. They walked in and couldn't find anything to charge him for to keep his deposit so they LIED and made something up that I can't prove because I was told I didn't need to be there for the walk through...now I know why I didn't need to be there!!! Just be aware of their practices! I spoke to someone on there after hours line and she was rude, I asked for a call back for today and yet to get one. I really hope the person in charge of these lies can look at themselves in the mirror with a peaceful heart!

This place is a DISASTER!!! Can NEVER get in touch with anyone; they don't return calls. Moved in…read more2 months ago and there are items still not completed. You can't get mail. You can't get anything delivered to your apartment; you have to meet them in the lobby. Was locked out of the property because I was never issued keys when I moved in. Trash chutes are not functional. Bugs everywhere. There are people with teenagers living here in what is supposed to be a senior complex. There are people with more pets than allowed. The lights were turned off for over 24 hours about 3 weeks ago. All the hallways were dark and no A/C. I think they didn't pay the electric bill. No one wanted to offer up any explanation. A tree fell during one of the last strong storms that came through and it laid right where it fell for DAYS. This is advertised as a luxury senior complex. Don't be fooled; it's nothing more than HUD housing.
