I had a very disappointing experience with Caribbean Cargo, DC I scheduled a pickup for my package to be sent overseas, and to my utter dismay, they failed to pick it up. This caused significant delays in my shipping timeline and disrupted my plans. To make matters worse, the information they provided had an incorrect address listed. I was told by Royston DeSouza I shared the name with another customer-in the neighboring state, but my phone number was attached. This oversight not only added to my frustration but also raised concerns about the reliability of their services. Is there not a plan for when two customers have the same name? They literally asked " is your address XYZ ......" Communication was lacking, and I received no assistance when I reached out to resolve these issues. Correction, I received Royston DeSouza belittling me and stating I threatened to write a review. It's not a threat but after 12 calls I believe my interacts are worthy of a review. If you're considering using Caribbean Cargo, DC I strongly advise looking elsewhere. My experience has been nothing short of a headache, and I cannot recommend them based on the terrible service I received. read more
