They have a currency cashier in a booth type counter. Having to pay around £9 for special delivery is still outrageous, but needs must. The service station has eveything you could need i.e. bakery/deli counter, off sales, flowers, fuels and great Spar shop. There is a car wash facility in the forecourt and parking. Friendly staff. Can sometimes be difficult to pull accross two lanes of traffic when leaving the store for Belfast bound commuters.

When you come in through the doors you have to walk down a long expanse of empty space to get to the actual counters. The staff seem pleasant enough and any queues move along quite swiftly. The only complaints I would have about it are the annoying placed scaffolding situated just outside the front door, (been there for months without any sign of work being done) and the fact that in the new location parking is further away

The staff are nice but this is usually a very busy post office and therefore sometimes i feel my transaction is being rushed. The reason for my visit today was to tax my new car (a necessary evil) and I had been worried that I wouldn't be able to as the car dealer had not given me the current MOT certificate. As it turned out, the system has changed and the post office are now able to check the MOT online so the certificate is no longer needed to get the tax. I was also surprised to find that the post office no longer closes early on a Saturday and stays open all day until 5.30pm just like any other working day!

Easy parking near the door (supermarket carpark shared). With the threat of more sub offices to close, I would not like this one to go, it's much too convenient and I have used it for years so come on everybody support these local buinesses. I have always got good, friendly and efficient service and advice here.

I had some great customer service from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left. There is a self service payment area and a row of counters to with a ticket service, there is a selection of cards and stationary and plenty of different parcel boxes and envelopes to choose from. I would walk the extra mile to use this post office for the service I received the first time.

Walk in to the Centra and turn right and you will see it just beyond the checkouts. It is extremely small but does the job selling everything you need to post a letter or parcel as well as greeting cards. If you're looking for any driving forms, tax documents or passport forms they are located behind the counter and you have to ask a member of staff to give you one. Word of warning - avoid this Post Office between 4:30pm and 5pm on weekdays as this is when the multitude of local businesses in Holywood send their office post and the queue can quickly get 10 people long.
