i have had Carry Murray at State Farm as my agent for a few years now. I would describe myself as a broke client, who only has the minimum coverage on my home and vehicle. It does not matter though.Everyone at her office treats me like I am their #1 client in every contact. They always return my calls, call me when needed, or email me as needed. They are courteous, and knowledgable. They are a great representation of the kind of agent Carry is. Then, recently when I was in an auto accident (i only had liability), I was sooo relieved to find out that in her yearly follow up with me, I chose to add 'tow' coverage to my plan- since it was an older vehicle. Although the person at fault insurance will eventually pay, I needed to get my car out of tow before the insurance paid. When I found the the charges for tow and storage for ONE day was $695.00, i was SURE the insurance would not pay all the bill- but they did! and THEN, Carry stayed open after hours, AND made sure I had a check in hand the same day I reported the accident and towing!
