I recorded my session with her back in summer of 2017 and at the time, I thought she was way off and inaccurate. I recently came across that recording and she was right about everything! I went to see Carrie in Feb. 2010 and was impressed by the many little details she got correct about random things in my life at the time. Not everything might have been spot on, but she did tune into some people around me and events that were accurate. As one example, she mentioned construction going on around the building where I used to work and something happening on the roof, and it was spot on, even though I could not think of it at the time of the reading. When I came back to work I realized that there were frequent repairs and footsteps heard coming from the roof when I was working at my desk. There was also a separate construction happening routinely on the side of that building. One major prediction about job change also happened. She said she saw me changing jobs in Nov-Dec of 2010, and I didn't have any job leads at the time of our reading (Feb. 2010). Guess what, I started working at a new job on 11/15/2010. So I've seen a few psychics/astrologers/fortune tellers..whatever you wanna call them.. in my day. Most of them have been through referrals from my mom and have been little Asian women who don't speak English. Carrie is the first I've gone to on my own. I found her on Yelp and looked up her website. She definitely seemed to have some experience, one review (which is filtered) sparked my attention. It was about a family who lost their little boy in a freak accident in Lake Pleasant. That's a pretty personal story to put out there so I thought I'd give her a shot. First off. She's awesome. Second off, everyone I've seen before has used cards of some sort. Carrie just sits there and has you say your name. She starts off by describing people in your life. At first, some of them didn't really make sense, but as I got to thinking more, everything clicked. She was spot on with describing some people. The creepiest thing ever was when she asked me if there was something going on with my arms. I don't have a problem or anything, but sometimes when I drink too much caffeine (which I had that morning) I get this weird tingly feeling in my arms. How the hell could she have known that? Other stuff, she asked if I had a small pet, duh. I have a chihuahua. Maybe I just look like someone who would have a small dog - but that's still weird. The way she described my ex boyfriends. SPOT. ON. And they aren't just vague descriptions of people either. They're physical and mental traits. It's weird, but exciting! The jury is still out on some of the stuff she said will happen in the future. But I've referred a few of my friends to her and they've had similar experiences. She's right on the money. I went to see Carrie on Memorial Day. The office was visible from Drinkwater Blvd., but may have been easier for me to find since she was standing in front of it. (Or just look for the wood "Welcome" sign hanging at chest level on the door.) After entering the front door, her office is located down a short hallway, which is through the same entrance as a salon. (You don't have to actually walk by people in hair chairs or anything) The interior is fashionably designed and clean. Inside her office, you are invited to sit in a large comfy recliner, and she prepares by placing a cassette into a recorder to record the session for you. TIP: I chose to bring my own digital recorder, since I didn't have a tape player, and she was more that happy with that, so bring your own if you can. The session lasted about 40 minutes, and she was pretty accurate and fun. Carrie has a great personality and I would certainly recommend her to those who need a different perspective on an issue, or just for fun. My neighbor's dog could give me a better reading than this chick. What a waste of money! It was the worst reading I have ever had. I'm open minded and generally want to believe that some people can connect to the divine. This woman seemed more interested in getting her money from me and running off to drink with her friends. I had to feed her all names and information which she still got wrong. Totally disappointed. There should be some type of law or code of ethics for people that do this type of "work" for a living. read more

Carrie Shubert has a real gift!!! I have had several readings from her and they have all been accurate. A recent reading that she gave me I had asked her about the outcome of my court case with my former spouse and she said that we would come to an agreement in September 2011 and sure enough we did after a year of going back and forth. Everything else she said about the outcome was spot on too...I also attended a class that she teaches at PVCC which was a lot of fun so if you have time I recommend signing up, she has a great sense of humor and is a good teacher. I agree with everyone else - if you don't believe in psychics, go see Carrie. I had my first reading today, and even though I was half an hour late, she was still extremely understanding about it and allowed me my reading. The building was very hard to find, so don't rely on Mapquest or Google Maps... call her and she'll be glad to provide directions. Carrie is a very kind, warm individual with a great personality and sense of humor. She'll make you feel welcome and will tape your session for you, free of charge. As for the actual reading, it is $70 per half hour, or $2.33 a minute if you'd like more. This did feel a little expensive, but after the reading, I was willing to pay without complaint. It was VERY accurate - she described some of my boyfriend's most defining features exactly - and she addressed most of the areas of my concern without me even asking. Some things were less specific than others, or she couldn't get a completely clear reading, but she was able to accurately asses my personality and gave me many ideas about where I'm headed in the future. Even though I was concerned with some of the events she predicted, I was still incredibly impressed with Carrie's insight and ability. I highly recommend her and will likely be returning soon. I didn't expect much from going to a psychic, but i hate that they tell you so confidently what will for sure happen. I wouldn't waste your money. She has an uncanny ability to zero in on descriptions of people, places and even illnesses. From a distance, she definitely sees who you are and who other people in your life are. As for predictions about the future, I have not had anything she said come true. I talked with her approx. three times from the late 1990s to 2013, both in person and over the telephone. If you want to pay good money to be amused by the way she CAN accurately describe the people in your life, go for it. But, as far as accuracy for me, she was WAY off mark. For one, I asked about my mother who had breast cancer (I was estranged from her and wondering if I should go see her). Carrie told me she would be dead within two months. Nope. About four months later, and with her treatment over, she's alive and considered cured. I think it's cruel to say that to someone. Also, I asked her about three dogs I rescued, who disappeared while with a foster I trusted to help me (with them). she said they were all either dead or in horrible conditions (she just LOVED giving me good news, apparently). I was disturbed after her reading. So I called a psychic (who charges much less) who I've used for about ten years now. She said (without my even mentioning that my mother had breast cancer, only that she wasn't well) that my mother would live and be fine, she'd just have a difference in her chest area (how's that for accuracy?). She also said that my three rescue dogs had been adopted out and were now okay. I also called a pet psychic I had used who I knew was accurate. She also said they were all alive. read more
