It was completely fine…read more However, I recently found that Aun & McKay (specifically McKay) took a real estate tax refund from the county and sent all of the money to the seller, even though by the terms of the contract I believe all of it belongs to me. Attorney McKay first lied, claiming they had not received the check. Then he acted confused. Then he became belligerent, insisting that I was only owed a portion of the money. However, he is refusing to give me the money unless I accept that I am only owed a small portion of it. His most recent communication said to stop contacting him and hire an attorney if I want to get the money I am owed. Do yourself a favor. Avoid being involved with G. Randall McKay in any capacity.

He deserves 5 stars. His partner, on the other hand, is awful! Does not listen to your needs, gets annoyed when you ask questions...even refuses to answer them and personally insults you if you dont just "do what he says"! Last I checked, he gets paid by me, so I should have the right to question my case and get things explained along the way. He disagrees. He's rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and abrasive. He has no place practicing family law...that's a sensitive field involving children, and he's completely insensitive. He even got important facts wrong while in court and ran out the door after a temporary ruling...no debriefing. Left us very confused. We finished the case with a different, much better attorney. DO NOT HIRE.
