This bank has been the only bank my mother deals with since 2000. The continue to hold deposits on…read moreher account for weeks and then when we start calling about the deposits they miraculously appear even though we have been told they were no where to be found when we called to question about them. These are direct deposits from the same company she has dealt with for over 20 years or more. Nothing has changed EVER. Yet every so often Commercial holds the deposits and says they do not have them. Even though we have transaction numbers where it was direct deposited. When you call they miraculously show up. What is the deal? They are not listed with the BBB so I cannot file a complaint with them.
