I had a leak under the slab. Carrollton Plumbing was my first Call. They came out and searched for the leak. It's hard to explain what all they had to do as this is my second under the slab leak and it was not easy to find or fix. I have been using Carrollton Plumbing for several years so I have a history with them. I kind of gave them a blank check to find and fix the leak. This is not a thing I would do with any other business. (They did give me an estimate.) I have been bit by so many business in the 25 years here in Carrollton. Since finding Carrollton Plumbing several years ago I have had to call them several times and I trust them. They fixed my leaks. Yes more than one and made separate repairs that turned up while they were here. Something needs to be understood I am not related to and do not have any financial interest in Carrollton Plumbing. Great plumbing find! Carrollton Plumbing Service! I always love supporting local merchants in my area and CPS didn't let me down. I recently received a water bill that was 4x the prior month, with not add'l water usage. I called CPS and the very next day they sent Luke and Jared out to test for leaks. The guys could have jumped straight into a more expense test with the main box, but instead they were methodically, went water device by water device (ie, sinks, faucets, washing machine, each toilet to see if any of those were leaking - also finding the fittings to my toilets were original to the 1983 house (which I had them replace - for a reasonable price). The last test proved (we hope - haven't' received a bill yet) was a leaky toilet. Yet they went ahead and then tested the main controller, first the house then the irrigation system. Fortunately, no pressure change - so all was good (whew!). Best of all Luke explained all the way through what he was doing and spoke in a way I could understand what he was doing. Everyone was very nice, however they only addressed the obvious issue but not the secondary issue while on site ( a clogged sewer pipe) that was very apparent and called attention too. Apparently it was not included in the verbal quote. Please make sure you ask them to itemize the repairs before agreeing and signing off. My husband and I had to rent an "electric eel" and unclog it ourselves. read more

I set up a time of 10:00 am the day before these people were to come out to my place. I had to take off a 1/2 day of work to be able to be home at the 10:00am for them to do the work. I don't usually write reviews, but these guys certainly deserved it. We had water gurgling up from our front yard and dug up the area to find what we thought was the water main leaking. We tried to fix it ourselves, but it just leaked. So after being without water for a couple days we called multiple plumbing businesses and Carrollton Plumbing was the only one to answer the phone. The guy said "we always answer our phones". They were booked solid but still sent some guys out within 3 hours to take a look at what we had and give us an estimate. They showed up when promised and quickly informed us that what we were looking at was the supply to our sprinkler system, not the water main. They turned off the main shutoff to the sprinkler system and got us our water back on in the house. Hooray!! They said that we were well on the way to fixing it correctly, just using the wrong glue. They told us that they would hate to have to charge us the $400 to re-do the repair when we could just do it ourselves again with the correct glue. They told us what to buy and headed back to their truck. When I asked how much for the service call, they said "no charge! Just call us next time you need a plumber". We certainly will and will recommend them to others as well. Honesty over greed is a rare thing in businesses this day, and it was a real breath of fresh air dealing with these guys. read more
