The employees were very friendly and helpful and even gave me water and snacks for "the journey". They gave recommendations on where to eat and where to go and it was just a great time. If you're a car junkie, there is a store that has almost everything in the Mercedes-Benz catalog for purchase. They have various new models on display and this is the start point for the factory tour (they take away your phones and cameras for the tour and have you go on a bus to the factory). The restaurant in here is also great. It serves traditional German cuisine in a modern fashion. I really enjoyed my meal at the restaurant. While you're waiting for your car to be brought out, the lounge upstairs also has a variety of refreshments and hor d'oeuvres. I'll definitely be back soon :)
