This shop is a FRAUD. I bought a part specifically because it was said that it is an ORIGINAL OEM VW part. Payment, postage and after 2 weeks, when I received the part it turned out it is a CHEAP CHINESE PART I could buy for 1/4 of that price. NOBODY ASWEARS CALLS OR EMAILS - nothing. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased anything from this company. They are a rip-off! Having ordered a rearview camera for a Land Rover Discovery and being assured by Vaclav that it was the correct part for my car, I received the item, not properly packaged (just loosely wrapped in bubble wrap), and it is clearly a used product with damage to the outside casing, product label removed (so I don't even know whether it is a genuine Land Rover part, or not) and dirt in the contacts. I don't want to even connect this to my car, as I cannot be sure of it's integrity. I am going to try and send it back and get a full refund, Wish me luck on this score!! read more

I bought OEM (original) cable for Skoda GPS antenna in early March 2021, initially they sent me a cheap non-original and generic cable never ordered, pointed out the problem after more than a month, they sent me a non-original cable again. I needed the OEM one. so I have been without cable for almost 2 months and now I still don't have it. Bad experience, never buy on this site again. read more

An Absolute Disaster of a Company. Vaclav Pekar is the CEO. I first contacted him via whatsapp about purchasing a rear view camera kit for a B8.5 Audi A4. He informed me that it was all in stock and ready to ship. I asked him if it was all genuine Audi parts and he confirmed. I went ahead with the purchase, but did it through PayPal for safety after reading some bad reviews here. When the products arrived, the electronic module which forms the main part of the kit was not right. It was a used part, and was the wrong part number. Vaclav had assured me he had the correct parts in stock. I contacted him immediately to make him aware. He said he would organise collection for return and that he would refund my money immediately. He did not process the refund. Over the course of three weeks, he sent numerous Fedex delivery dockets but must have never booked the collections so the courier never came. He eventually got DHL who were not collecting until I contacted them myself to organise a collection time. At this point I had launched a PayPal dispute over the transaction. As soon as I provided a tracking number, I was refunded but not fully. I received a partial refund of €626.00 which was the price of the kit without shipping or PayPal fee. I had to open another dispute to get the remaining €52.16 as the kit had cost €678.16. During this, Vaclav's whatsapp replies became useless and often non-existent. He has wasted over a month of my time by supplying the wrong parts, which he was well aware he was doing. Avoid. read more

I needed a specific car part in order to pass my vehicle safety inspection so I used Google to find the specific part number. I came across this website that had a decent price on it. I looked around the web for reviews of this website but I couldnt find any. I decided to order the part anyway. Long story short - the morons sent it to my billing address and not my delivery address. I should mention my billing address is the USA and my delivery address was Germany so it was a relatively big mistake to make. Trying to contact the CEO, Vaclav Pekar, to fix the problem was no help at all. Thry wouldn't acknowledge their mistake and would not send another package to the correct address. Bottom line - if you use this company, beware! They're incompetent and will not correct their own mistakes. read more
