We've been back three times for the same problem and it's STILL not fixed. When you speak to the employees there they always try to throw it back at us and say it's our fault. Horrible customer service! Never again would we purchase an RV/trailer for this company!! read more

I came here to get a burner for my furnace and met with Justin, he searched through boxes to find a burner for me but ended up not having it. He calls his competitor to see if they had the part in stock which they did, he sent me to a competitor so my wife and I would be warm as it is very cold here.
