I am saddened to have to right this but I believe that people should know who they are getting into business with. I have used State Farm in the past and had a good experience, however my experience with the agent has been anything but awesome. I have only received one call from Carter and it was from his personal phone again blaming me for everything and laughing at me which I am sure he will deny. Even if I am "completely" at fault this is poor customer service to say the least. He and his staff have still yet to reimburse me in full for the over payment to them and have yet to inform me of why my policy was canceled. I gave him several opportunities to try to work with me and help me figure this out and he has not. Bottom line I would not ever recommend this office to anyone. read more
