I didn't order right away and by the time I decided to pull the trigger it was after hours...close to 8 PM if I recall. Not only was my call answered around 8 PM but a dumpsters was scheduled for delivery the very next day!!!! If you call and get voicemail because they're busy, they text you (if you've already made initial contact - can't vouch for other scenarios) to let you know why they didn't answer while asking that you text back regarding your needs. The service was VERY IMPRESSIVE and appreciated. Did I mention value???? Based on my research, they're the best bang for your buck. I'll need a dumpster service ongoing over the next six months or so due to a major clean up. I won't be calling any other company. Without knowing how much the debris was going to weigh (other than a lot) - I was glad to find Ana's which provided an option with no weight restrictions. Even compared to many other establishments, the rental rates were very competitive. Ana's quickly responded to all of my questions ahead of time, whether via e-mail or phone call. They communicated the time of drop off, and the driver was very helpful in putting the dumpster exactly where I needed it and demonstrating how to open and close the doors.
