Meet the Business Owner: Elizabeth M.

I have been a resident of Carteret County for 37 years. I worked for a local insurance agency for about 5 years, then started my own wallpapering business. After I had my third child, I chose to stay home to assist in running the family business and frequently volunteered in the local elementary school. I was interested in getting back into the work force, but the thought of working for someone else was not very appealing to me. ​ After years of raising three children, as well as assisting with the administration of a family business for about 23 years, I realize that I was spending most of my time running errands and managing my home for someone else. That is when I decided to start an errand-running business. I am extremely excited about this new venture and look forward to meeting and helping individuals and business.
