A Mr John Woodcock a Sales Executive at Chesterfield Peugeot quoted me the cheapest all in, up front price for a Peugeot 3008 Allure 1.6 EGC Diesel Automatic, I placed my order there and then. The delivery was slightly longer than I first thought, but was not the fault of Bristol Street Motors as I did not order a standard model, it had extras and therefor was a factory order, and Peugeot shut down for a month during August in France. I think it is unfair to quote the price, but I can assure you the discount was substantial and well worth my trip to chesterfield. All the staff are pleasant and polite, from Andy the General Manager down to the service department, a very professional organization. Would, I recommend them, yes, If you are looking for a fair deal and quality service, look no further as Bristol Street Motors are the company for you. You won't be disappointed. And the Car, WOW, what a car, I can highly recommend this model, it's got all the kit and more. It's like a jet fighter, with HUD (colour display.) neat. with satnav input. wicked. I found them at random in the Yellow Pages, while looking for a local garage - they specialise in Volvos, and so having one myself, they seemed ideal. I'd always been a bit wary when using a garage for the first time without recommendation, especially as a woman - would they see me coming? But I needn't have worried here. They always take time to explain what needs doing, and never seem to carry out any unecessary repairs. Their invoices are clear and easy to follow, and prices are excellent - if you have a Volvo then they can usually source reconditioned spares at very good prices. When I showed my bills from Gelder's to my dad, who works in a garage at the other side of the country, he confirmed how reasonable they are. My Volvo has long been relegated to the scrap merchant, but I've continued to use Gelder's, as they will repair other car makes too, although it might take them a bit longer to source spares. They don't do MOTs, but they have an agreement with a MOT centre nearby, so they can usually complete the process within the day provided not too much needs doing. Highly recommended!

Who quoted me three weeks before they could look at my car. The guys agreed to take a quick look that afternoon, no problem, pushed back the front disc back plate which was catching and said that's it sorted, proper customer service. The Main dealer in Chesterfield had fitted the new discs two weeks earlier, suffice to say I wont be ringing them any time soon
