Blair suggested testing a stair to find out which treatment would be best. One treatment was quite a bit more expensive than the other. I was impressed with their honesty when they chose the less expensive route. I have allergies to dust (eapecially smoke from the local fires, fumes from cleaning solvents and paint fumes), but they took care to mask off the staircase from the rest of the house and used fans to suck out dust and fumes. I came through it just fine because of their consideration. Each night they cleaned up their tools and stacked them neatly and out of the way. They started and finished the job in the time they estimated, masked off the stairs from the rest of the house to keep dust at a minimum, cleaned up at the end of each day, were considerate of my allergies, and honest about using a less expensive wood treatment. But I figured ok I'll check it out , so Monday rolls around I show up at 8 with the other guys . We started taping off the house and I made a mistake dang it (right?) wrong ! I was cussed out , called names , was told I had to put my shirt on inside out because he (james) didn't like it [ Law #1 broken , the cussing me out at full volume in front of everyone Law #2 broken , and the last and best is the paying people under the table Law#3 broken ] That so called company needs to be closed and hopefully soon it will be after I report him Have a great day I had to put 1 star to post this it's actually-9million
