I mentioned to her that I had the regular crust pizza before Melissa immediately put my order in for a regular pizza and she walked over and gave instructions to the pizza creators I was truly impressed with Mellisa's warm caring disposition given to me with ease I felt with the return and re-ordered Melissa has outstanding customer service skills. That's a rarity today to show compassionate, empathy and going out of her way to make sure my meal was superb quality. All four major department stores Macy's, Belk, JC Penny's, Dillard are housed here. Having a Cheesecake Factory on-site is clout enough. There are three escalators, one at each end and in middle. Our trip was during a Saturday night in November after Thanksgiving and it wasn't wall to wall people but enough to see business is going well. There is an Apple Store here as well as more than just shoe and hat stores. Central locale to get a lot of different shopping done all at once within Haywood Mall.

I LOVE Auntie Anne's pretzels, and it's great that this mall has two (2) of them that you can go to. I love that it has a Barnes & Noble, which are increasingly hard to come by, and two (2) great clothing stores, Belk's and Dillard's. Even though I don't personally go to some of the shops that they have, like Spencer's or Victoria's Secret, it's a great option for those that do patronize those stores. They also have, in my opinion, the best food court in Columbia, which has almost any food item you can think of. Now, some of the vendors are kind of annoying, but that's just part of the deal when you go to a shopping mall. All-in-all, Columbiana Centre is great and I'm glad that it's still kicking!
