EDIT after TJM response (TJM deleted their response it seems). There is absolutely still no reason…read morefor someone to trash a house. We all go thru life events and don't act like this. Again he caused us a lot of money in having to clean and repair the damages to our home. TJM is making excuses for this tenant. We used TJM to manage our property. It has taken us 6 months to finally write this review. They managed our property for about 10+ years. After this last tenant was asked to leave we found out just how bad they allowed OUR house/property to get. This tenant had been there for over 5 years, paid every month on time, but was a total pig. He allowed his dogs to piss all over the house, chew the walls and doors, ruined the wood floors. This tenant NEVER cleaned the house ever. Once we got him out, we did a walk thru with TJM. My jaw dropped walking into the place. He left behind most of his belongings including furniture, trash, bed,dishes etc. The house smelled so bad. The cobwebs and filth that I saw was absolutely appalling. I was told "oh this isn't too bad, we have seen much worse". Excuse me! Some of the things we noticed after cleaning the place was that every winter we were charged with winterizing the windows units etc. All they did was spray foam around the units. It looked like crap. The wrapping around the bibs was a joke. Just a mess. I doubt they ever did walk throughs because if they did the house should not have been left in the state it was. Screens were out of most of the windows, tub broken, storm door broken, the stove was disgusting and looked as if there were mice living in the bottom and the A/C units were filthy just to name a few. They were never cleaned or taken care of, but we sure did pay for maintenance of them. Lastly once we got all the trash out of the house and yard we ended up needing to get a 30 yard dumpster and 2 16 yard dumpsters. We had to gut the whole house and put it back together. If we knew what we know now we would have gone with a different Property Management Co. To this day he still owes us a bunch of money that we will never see. Never again

Do not do business with them. There are plenty of other living opportunities where you could be treated with kindness and respect.

Where another company failed for months, Neil did his homework, coordinated perfectly, and got the place rented in just three weeks. It was a massive relief and completely mind-blowing. What really sets Neil apart is that he doesn't just put up a listing, hand over a key, and walk away. He treated my business like it was his own: A true partner and advisor: Neil doesn't brush you off. We would regularly talk on the phone, sometimes for an hour, bouncing ideas back and forth. His suggestions on managing the property and his insights into the local market were incredibly sharp. He shows up physically: He didn't just manage this from a laptop. Neil was physically at the property tons of times whenever I needed backup, even handling tricky HOA visits and logistics when I had a million things on my plate. He actually answers his phone: Every single call, question, or random ask I had was met with an immediate response. The most amazing part is that this was just a rental lease assignment, not a massive home sale commission. Most realtors cut corners on rentals because the payout isn't huge, but Neil poured 100% of his heart and energy into it anyway. Neil is one of the few realtors left who genuinely loves his job, knows the industry inside and out, and actually does what a realtor is supposed to do. I am absolutely going to keep working with him, and if you want to save yourself the headache and work with a great human being who gets results, Neil is your guy.

Neil spent over an hour with us without pressure, and though we haven't retained his professional services yet, he will be our first choice when we move in that direction.

She knows her stuff. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect of this experience. She was blindly suggested through Zillow, I can't believe our luck. Initially, we contacted her and explained what we were looking for. Long story, short, we purchased a lot and are remotely completing a "lock and leave" home. Covid has created a few obstacles. She has been readily available to answer questions which is comforting when you are trying to execute completion at a distance. Kristen has helped us through each and every process, walk-through's, contracts, inspections, etc. We do not have a lot of experience in this arena and her expertise in contracts, building, and expectations has been a huge plus for us. She provides good solid advice. We repeatedly have said, "I wish I would have thought of that", but that is why we have her. She has been exceptional and very knowledgeable. I am so thankful that we have Kristen as our advocate. I can't imagine trying to do this without her attention and help. Her help has made this as stress free as possible.
