I'm very disappointed with the transaction from this dealership. I was told by the owner that the van is brand new and wasn't registered and that it will come with 6 months registration. Upon taking delivery, i found out that the van has already been registered and has 5 months rego, not 6 as promised!!! Bear in mind that I paid $1300 extra than its value for "supply and demand" The van has a few issues that should've been addressed by the dealership before taking delivery of the van. - The air-conditioning does not work. I turned it on the next day after I took delivery, and it was not working. I spoke to the workshop foreman and was advised that it was working yesterday and that he doesn't know what happened between then and now. I was asked to bring it in for an inspection and to lodge a warranty claim. That raised a question mark for me. Instead of taking the van back to the selling dealership, i decided to take the van to a local air-conditioning specialist for a second opinion. After completing a comprehensive inspection under a uv light, there was no evidence of a refrigerant leak. Pressure in the system was found but was very low and not sufficient to operate the air-conditioning. The workshop gassed up the system, and it's working great now. The system was never gassed to begin with by the selling dealer prior to delivery, yet the dealership was quick to blame it on me!!! I lost faith and trust in this dealership and was determined to never let this dealership touch my van ever again. - The AEB comes on half the time. When it's does, it does not detect threats. Possibly not calibrated before delivery. -The handbrake was not adjusted and did not engage. How did this pass the roadworthy inspection you provided me? -The engine oil level is missing 2 bars. -The coolant reservoir is overfilled. Tried to reach out to Mark the salesman who sold me the van, and he completely ignored my phone calls and email. Mark was so quick to respond to my calls texts and emails up until I paid a $2000 deposit! Then he's sick or rdo or busy. Will not be using or recommending this dealership. read more

Bought a Koleos from Carworks. All was dandy until they had the money. Then their attitude quickly turned to arrogant and smug. Promised a full tank of petrol. Refused to provide it when we picked it up. The service and extras they had offered in trying to get the sale were thrown back in our face like Carworks had done us all these favours. We didn't ask for them...they offered them! When I asked to speak to the manager I was told I would have to wait as I wasn't the most important person there. Who says that to a customer who has just bought a 20k car??? They bragged about their 'we work for you' finance broking service only to try and charge us $1000 broking fee when we looked into it...needless to say we got finance elsewhere for a fee of $250. These cowboys are all about getting the sale and once they have it, treating you like crap while they move onto the next hunt. Avoid! read more
