We have two dogs - a Min Pin and an Australian Kelpie (or some mixed breed herding dog). Before we got the Kelpie, we'd been going to Bailey over a year. Again, other than regular dog stuff - we'd had no issues from daycare or boarding. We even bought her an Edible Arrangement when her granny passed - not relevant to this situation, but to provide context for how much we appreciated her. Our 6yo Min Pin was bitten SEVERAL TIMES by a dog while in her care. Bailey said absolutely nothing. We just happened to discover it once we got home and were taking his sweater off. We reached out several times and got absolutely no response. He ended up having to go to the vet; he had an infection. Again, we reached out...not just for reimbursement, but for clarity on what happened. She did NOT respond to us at all. I'm extremely disappointed in how she handled us. We're not perfect, but we've been overall really good customers and were always flexible. We're not the type of people to "roll up on her," yet, that's exactly what I felt like doing. Our dogs are our family and it's sad and disgusting to know that someone would injure one of our family members and not tell us - especially when they're supposed to be watching and caring for them. We waited about a month to write this review because we've been so upset. Shame on you, Bailey. We deserved better and you know that. Stay away from this place.

I have 100% confidence my dog is well taken care of. She pulls her way in every time I drop her off and comes home tired from day care or longer stays. I don't ask for much, but when I have they are always agreeable. The cherry on top is them offering to drop my shepherd off to me when my car wouldn't start after returning late from a vacation to find my car battery was dead. They genuinely love animals and will care for your dog as if it were your own.

Short version: she's amazing with dogs and very quickly got my two out of control dogs under control. She's honorable, professional and provides great value. If you are considering retaining her, do it! Just look at the pictures of my happy dogs. That's all you need to know. Long version: I have worked with Noelle since about March and since that time have come to rely on her for all things dog related. I hired her initially for the intensive dog training, still rely on her for weekly training sessions, and have used her for "house sitting" the dogs when I travel. I recommend all three services as highly as you can recommend anything. Let me explain. On Super Bowl Sunday, 2014, I rescued two French Bulldogs and named them Zeus and Apollo. You may recall these are the names of the exceptionally well behaved Dobermans from Magnum PI. Well, my lads were far from that. They had been smuggled inform Russia and then detained at a farm in 29 Palms with dozens of other dogs. They were about 6 months old, had no potty training and were constantly fighting. They wouldn't sleep or go in their crates. They went to the bathroom in the house it seemed like every 15 minutes. They refused to walk on a leash. After a month, I was sleepless, frustrated and about to quit. Enter Noelle! Within 2 days, they were sleeping in their crates the entire night. They were on the path to be potty trained. She came in for an intensive program (6 hours per day for 10 days or so), but got the dogs under control so quickly that she didn't need to stay for the whole time. So, she graciously agreed to a longer term training program, which we continue to this day. Not only did she train the dogs, she helped me understand how to bring out the best in my dogs. She provided detailed instructions and helped me become a better dog manager. The dogs went from being neurotic monsters to two of the most friendly dogs you can imagine. They are incredibly friendly, great around kids and just love other dogs. All of them in Clarksville stated that they couldn't do it; due to needing the dog to be able to stand on it's own in some brace/contraption. This groomer never said it was an issue and never made it seem it would be issue with her being in a diaper.
