It's on a pretty busy street so parking would be tough. We took a taxi so it was pretty easy. We entered after having visited San Ro the day before expecting more or less the same. We were happy to see it was nearly empty, pretty close to closing time (lunch time ends at 15:00.) Most of the self-service offerings were fairly full and the cold was cold yet the hot was warm or hot. There was quite a nice selection. The owner greeted us pretty quickly. We had our choice of seating. The food was great. This is not necessarily what I would call a health food place but it was tasty. The hardcore animal eaters with me delighted in the offerings. I tried a bit of everything from sushi to mock meats to salads and it was all good, some of it excellent. The sauces were rich and flavorfull, the textures were inline or above expectations (not rubbery or overly tough to chew.) The owner and another server quickly answered questions and we had a free juice (abacaxi/pineapple with couve) to wash it all down with (I enjoyed this, my fiancé and her mother ordered juice and water respectively.) It's open for lunch only I believe with limited hours. There isn't a lot of seating so go early or late. The prices were reasonable, the service very friendly, the food fast and fresh with lots of options. This is a GO.

The buffet is not huge but contains great tasting and healthy food (depending on what you choose obviously). Por quilo style. I was here on a Friday and they had a fantastic vegetarian feijoada. Probably blasphemous to some (feijoada without copious amounts of pork) but I loved it. They also had various 'caldos' (thick soups) that tasted great; price for these is per unidade (bowl). The juices are super good. My favorite is always the abacaxi com hortelã (pineapple with mint). There are delicious-looking deserts on sale as well as some organic products at the checkout counter. The restaurant has a ton of space with seating on the main floor, on the upper level in the back and some on the quiet outdoor veranda. The restaurant isn't the newest (floor looks a bit crummy) but it's clean and with friendly staff. There are a few large tables for groups.

The place itself is cozy, with sidewalk seating and inside open air seating, as well as a small high bar counter. Service was very friendly and welcoming. We were impressed with the options on the menu. We started with a pão de queijo do dia appetizer that came with a creamy soft cheese and an espresso butter which was very unique and incredible. They rotate pão flavors but you can buy frozen ones to take home and try them all. They have a good selection of craft beers and cafes. I had to try the cafe milkshake with was delicious and filling. They also sell the coffee beans for home use as well. For food we tried the burger and the chicken sandwich. They come with an option of a salad, cubes of fried polenta. We tried the polenta which was a good size accompaniment but the fresh salads looked delicious too. The burger was delicious but the chicken sandwich was a little too much. It was topped with pesto and smothered in cheese but a little too rubbery and salty. I didn't have room for dessert but they have pão de queijo filled with doce de leite or goiabada. Definitely worth checking out!

I came out with my coworkers and we enjoyed everything that we got the drinks were fantastic. The appetizers were so good that we had to order seconds and everybody's entrée was divine. It was our last night in Brazil, and we were able to get a last-minute reservation at the chefs table. To say that I was ecstatic is an understatement! I had the special (advertised outside, not on the menu), which is a cheeseburger combo with fries and a drink for R$20. I added a fried egg and swapped my drink for a beer (total R$25). The burger was delicious and went beyond my expectations. Juicy, tasty and with great garlic & BBQ sauce. Fries were good too. Service was friendly, beer was cold; what more could you want or need? Although we only tried the specials, the regular menu looks yummie too.
