Its location near the amphitheater entrance of the Pompeii Archeological Park makes it very easy to find. The food was fantastic, the pasta was perfect. The service was absolutely top-notch as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for a casual evening with friends, or a quiet evening with a date.

We had an hour to kill before our guided tour of Pompeii, so we popped into this pizzeria across the street, and were seated right away. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time -- we'd later come to find out that they opened up early for us. Since Pompeii is in Naples, we couldn't not get pizza. We ordered the "Calabra," and the "Bufalina," and we were absolutely astonished. This was easily the best pizza we've ever had ... and such a special part of our trip to enjoy this fresh out of the oven with the restaurant to ourselves. The Calabra was my favorite -- topped with two types of sausage, and dollops of ricotta cheese that provided the perfect relief from the spicy-ness of the sauce. We also had some straight-up limoncello with our pizza -- it was rather strong, though, and I'd probably order it as a Spritz if I were to return. So yourself a favor and make this pizzeria part of your visit to Pompeii! You won't be disappointed.

Service (3/5): Your typical European experience. Not terribly efficient, friendly, or attentive, but it's a pretty small restaurant so that made things easier. Also a bit of a language barrier with the waitress but we made it work. Ambiance (4/5): Indoor only here which is a bit unusual for Italy where al fresco dining rules. We also had the pasta with mushrooms, a bit too much oil on the dish but it tasted great. As soon as we sat down the chef sent us Bruschetta and came out to ask us how we liked it.
