Our room was huge and sparkling clean. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and a fun place to meet other travelers. Very cool pics of actors, authors, athletes ect.. that had previously stayed at the hotel all over the walls in the dining room. Was entertaining to look at. We tried two of the restaurants they recommended and they were both awesome. The hotel stored our bags after we checked out and when we picked them up we noticed that there was a small theater in the hotel. The owners had salvaged some of the seats from a very old local theater that was being torn down. They had an array of movies to choose from in case you visited on a rainy day. This is the kind of hotel you don't want to leave!

Towels and bed linen were luxurious. Location unbeatable due to view and ease of walking to sights and restaurants. Service was very good. Parking provided at safe site located about a 5 minute walk away. We'd been walking all morning and were really tired. We wanted to lunch on the terrace overlooking the beautiful new bridge, but weren't allowed to go outside for pictures, or to just sit at our table and relax before they opened. It was an expensive place, the views were amazing, the restaurant was nice, the food was good, but the people that worked at the hotel and the staff were not very nice. There was a bit of a language barrier so that might have been part of the problem.

Amazing Views! Great location right between old and new…read moreronda. Expectations: hotel room may need to include hotel sandals, improved blow dryer for her, and cleaner drinking glass. Breakfast time: looks like lots of tour groups , during breakfast time & it is understaffed, because "pandemic" right? 500 euros per night for a decent room. Thanks for reading and happy travels!
Expectations crushed to the rock bottom... This was one of the best hotels we booked for our entire…read moreSpain trip. However, falls extremely short compared to its price and the name. CUSTOMER SERVICE: - This is VERY important when it comes to hotels. I expect to be taken care of to their capability with whatever needs the guests have. - Well, here is my experience & first impression here: We finally arrive at the hotel after a ~2hr drive looking forward to checking in & resting a bit in our rooms. There was no clear sign to the parking lot and the (tiny) front of the hotel seemed to be crowded with other cars. I told my dad I'll run in to ask where the parking lot is. While I went inside to seek help, our car was on standby on a street. The front desk (2 ppl helping) was quite busy helping guests check in. When I saw a pause, I tried to jump in to ask ONE SIMPLE QUESTION about parking. She didn't even bother to look at me and I know she heard me say "excuse me" about 3 times. The guests that were being helped felt sorry for me looking super desperate and tried to get her attention FOR me - how nice of them! But they had a conversation in Spanish that I didn't understand. But from body language I can tell that she was saying that she is going to give them her full attention at the moment. And then again, doesn't even look or recognize me being there at all treating me like a nobody. What in the world??? Like sure, you should give them your full service then, but you can't even tell me that? She could've at least let me know "I'm sorry, I will be right with you after I help these guests." AM I CRAZY? How can she KNOW that I am there and just straight up ignore me? WTF Never have I been treated this way at a 4-star hotel. - She disappeared after helping them so I approached the other desk who answered my question. I hate being humiliated (perhaps for my gender, age, race) so I was still shaking. I told him about my frustration and he apologized for her but I needed to hear it from her. I saw him to talk to his manager about my situation but she did NOTHING. ROOMS: - Feels like a cabin with old wooden furnitures... ew - Apparently hotel view is all up to your luck. You get the bridge view or not. Of course we got the unlucky view because they just hate me for some reason the moment I walked in lol great - Bathrooms are pretty nice with full amenities BREAKFAST: - Complimentary breakfast was included and this added to my list of disappointments here - Coffee was super watered down - Nothing served to your order; all buffet style (not fresh) - Best thing I had this morning was the orange juice ETC: - Parking costs about 8€ - Anyone can come see the bridge from the side of the hotel through a walkway around it - Prime location close to the bridge and all the shops/restaurants - Hotel charges € per phone use I blame myself for setting my expectations too high for this 4-star hotel. I would NOT RECOMMEND staying here for anyone else. As mentioned earlier, the walkway next to the hotel to see the bridge is open to EVERYONE. Simply no need to stay at this specific hotel for its price. Nothing exceptional here whether its the rooms, service, or food - so ask yourselves, why?!

We were only able to stay one night and by the end we wished we booked longer (Ronda and this hotel are amazing). It is in a great location. The back side of the hotel bumps up against the valley and the front has great views of Ronda. The place is quirky. The registration desk is an old Seat car. There are random sitting areas all throughout the place and words cannot describe them. There are a couple of outdoor seating areas and a fun pool. The photos on the website do a better job. The room was comfortable and provided what we needed. The self serve bar was open all day and night. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Spain. Enfrente is not a plush, party hotel. You need a sense of adventure and an open mind, but it is worth it.
